That's right! Encasing a Zombie Villager in a "jail-like" environment will cause the game to recognize there are Iron Bars and Beds around the Zombie Village
A Splash Potion of Weakness is a primary material for converting a zombie villager into a normal villager. Throwing this item adds a debuff effect to the hostile creature. You will need blaze powder, 3x water bottles, a fermented spider eye, gunpowder, and a brewing stand to make a Splash Potion of Weakness.
When a zombie kills a villager on normal or hard difficulty, there is a chance (50% on normal, 100% on hard) that the villager will become a zombie villager instead of simply being killed. It will be a baby zombie villager though, not a normal zombie. I don't know if there's a way to make a baby normal zombie.
If you don;t want the nitwits around, easy to get rid of them (or any villager). push them into a 3 deep hole, put a fence piece over them, then empty a bucket of water into the fence block. Villager will drown, and you lose no good will from village and don't trigger a golem attack
Villagers do not like it when you kill other villagers, and yes they will price gouge you for it or, if it gets really bad, have the iron golems attack you. you will have bad trades for a while, so I suggest curing a few zombie villagers to get their moods up again, while taking the loss in the meantime. If for whatever reason you have to kill
Sometimes the players, with the help of a certain set of commands, would have a villager who had no profession and could not get a profession. When the developers found out about this, they decided not to remove this bug, but to introduce a loafer villager into the game. Thus, this subtype of villager officially appeared in Minecraft 1.11.
